SDCC13: Sideshow Star Wars Sixth Scale Figures

    Some Like It Hoth...

After a long drought of new Star Wars sixth scale announcements, Sideshow Collectibles finally came through with some amazing new products from a galaxy far, far away. The icy planet of Hoth is getting a lot of exposure this year with the exciting reveal of the upcoming sixth scale Taun Taun, Echo Base Luke Skywalker and Echo Base Han Solo figures but the rebel base is not safe for long thanks to the Imperial Probe Droid which will also go up for pre-order some time soon. While exact release dates and pricing was not announced yet for these amazing new Star Wars collectibles, be sure to check the Sideshow newsletter and Figures.com for the latest news.

Another previously-revealed sixth scale figure - General Grievous - made an encore presentation this time brandishing a new electro staff at the Sideshow booth which indicates that this long-delayed figure may finally see release this year. A slew of other previously revealed figures were on display including some Battle Droids, Deluxe Clone Troopers, Return of the Jedi Darth Vader and Clone Commander Wolfe.
