    Bilbo Baggins Mini Bust

New Hobbit Joins Gentle Giant Hobbit Collection...

Bilbo Baggins was your typical run-of-the-mill middle-aged Hobbit. He enjoyed his five meals a day (plus snacks), quality pipe weed and his nice, quiet existence. Everything was perfect. Until, that is, there was a knock at the door…

Thrust against his will into a brand new world full of adventure, excitement and danger, Bilbo is forced to rise to the occasion as he faces death, dismemberment and devouring at the hands of goblins, orcs and the Great Dragon, Smaug. Little does Bilbo know, but the results of his adventure set even greater events in motion, starting with his discovery of an old ring.

Digitally sculpted using photo reference directly from the set of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and cold cast in the highest quality polystone comes the 5.5 inch tall Bilbo Baggins Mini Bust from Gentle Giant. Every detail – from Martin Freeman’s likeness as this incarnation of the titular hobbit to the runes engraved on Sting, his magical Elven blade – has been captured and recreated here. Each hand-painted bust is individually numbered and comes with a matching certificate of authenticity. $70 and scheduled to arrive in the second quarter of 2014.
