Re: McFarlane's DRAGONS (2005-2008) Yeah at the time I wished they could've been about twice the size they were (the boxed sets were great though) But looking back, the level of detail and the creativity that went into them makes them one of the great lines in McF history. I totally agree I miss original non-licensed stuff like this and wish we had some in today's market. About the only ones who dare to do it are the 4 Horsemen.

McFarlane's DRAGONS (2005-2008) "Quest for the Lost King" to "The Rise of Man"... McFarlane Toys' DRAGONS 2005 - 2008 To insure your action figure collection, get in touch with Collectibles Insurance. Say "Figures.com" to get 5% off your first term premiums. To buy action figures, take a look at BigBadToyStore.com, RedfordFilms.com, BriansToys.com, ToyWiz.com, SmallJoes.com, MonkeyDepot.com, and Urban-Collector.com. For Gears of War and other collectible video game statues and replicas, visit TriForce. For statues and sculptures, go to CSMooreStudio.com. Sometimes you don't know how good you have it until it's gone. Such is the case for me with McFarlane's Dragons. At the time I only collected the aquatic fantasy lizards, you know, to have a focus and not overindulge in the line (like I had done with oh so many past McFarlane series). The plan worked... until it was announced that Series 8 would be the last for these fabled creatures. Looking back I wish I had collected them all; each release an imaginative treat, something sorely lacking in today's heavily licensed toy market. >> CARDBACK ARCHIVE <<
