After months of anticipation, [B]The Bridge Direct[/B] has at long last provided a first look at their new series of action figures based on the 2-part motion picture event, [B]The Hobbit[/B]. As master toy licensee for both films, The Bridge Direct will be releasing this October a full toy line, starting with action figures, role play accessories, a more based on the first movie, [B]The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey[/B] hitting theaters December 14, 2012. Fans can expect even more collectibles next year, as the second film, [B]The Hobbit: There and Back Again[/B], is slated for release beginning December 13, 2013.

To debut the new series, The Bridge Direct will be offering a [B]San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive Bilbo Baggins[/B]. The limited edition 6-inch scale figure presents the title character from [I]The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey[/I] in his &#8220;invisible&#8221; state while wearing the Ring, which he holds in his hand. Available only at San Diego Comic-Con 2012, this detailed transparent figure will be presented in a numbered collector's edition box limited to only 3000 pieces.
