McFarlane Toys announces on their website that they are bringing back clamshell packaging for all of their sports figures.

The change was made to ensure that their collectible sports action figures reach their consumers in the best possible condition. The clamshell packaging will not only streamline the look of the lines, but will also give collectors that extra durability they have been asking for, allowing the figures to remain a staple of their collection for years to come.

The return of the clamshell packaging will make its debut with MLB Cooperstown Series 7, scheduled for release this March.
