Based on the 2010 LucasFilm holiday greeting card featuring Darth Vader releasing a white dove, the Holiday Bust can be displayed without the dove, thus transforming the piece to more accurately reflect the pivotal scene from [I]The Empire Strikes Back[/I].

Additionally, members of the Gentle Giant Premier Guild will have the opportunity to order the deluxe version of the mini-bust with an interchangeable Vader hand holding C-3PO's disembodied head. Inspired from the Dark Horse comic, and also reprinted and packaged with the bust, is the complete &#8220;Thank the Maker&#8221; story from [I]Star Wars Tales #6[/I], giving a close look at what truly happened to C-3PO on that fateful day in Cloud City.
