I'll have a full in-depth written review this Friday (UPDATE: Review is now up HERE!), but until then I wanted to share with you photography of NECA's amazing BioShock Big Daddy (Bouncer) action figure.

This robust collectible ships next month priced at around $20, a tad higher than NECA's typical SRP $13 figure price tag, but this isn't your typical NECA action figure. As stated in an earlier report, this is NECA's "biggest and heaviest figure" ever produced in the 7” format. I prefer the term "meaty".

The Big Daddy Bouncer, due to his size, weight, and slightly higher retail, is not planned to see release again with the core BioShock figure assortment next year. So if you're a fan of the design, now's the time to act.

Slated for release in February 2010 to coincide with the new game's release, the first full assortment of BioShock action figures will kick off with a Big Daddy (Player) and the Big Sister new to the video game sequel. A Big Sister/ Little Sister 2-pack is slated to be a Toys"R"Us exclusive. These cool characters will be followed by another assortment in Spring 2010 to include a Big Daddy (Rosie) and Ladysmith Splicer.
