Thanks...its completely off the peg!!! Still couldn't pass up the deal for the set. Even though a couple of the figures are messed up. I knew I wouldn't find these for a decent cost later on.

I'm gonna try the boiling water trick, hopefully that works. There looks like one of the legs is fused to on another figure. It might just be the paint dried too. I will find that out when I open them up.
