    Hello!

My name is Hagop. I think I had an account here eons ago, but I have no idea what the username or password was, so I'm starting fresh.

I mostly post over at theFwoosh.com and I run the site costumecontumely.com so some people may know me from either of those.

Hi, new here, but certainly not new to figures. Born in 71 in England, but living in America since 81, I've had Action Men (loved the Frog Suit Diver, the one with the helmet and heavy boots and a plethora with borken legs after failed parachute deployments - lol), Six Million Dollar Men (I loved that Robot guy, Steve's interchangeable arms and his rocket/medical-bay playsets), original Star Wars figures and then ... I found girls and gave it all to my younger brother.

In 95, I began recollecting the updated line of Star Wars figures and ships with opened duplicates for the kids and I to play with. I had an online eBay store buying up figures for 25 cents on the dollar (from outfits like Media Play and Sam Goody's) selling them abroad for good profit (my favs were the Devo (4 I think) figures I'd get for $10 and sell to my fellow Brits for $80). I went through an "Anime Phase" and bought and entire store's stock that was closing so I have a huge cold-cast collection. I did get rid of my entire Star Wars collection after letting the kids pick out any favorites.

As of recent, I have every Tron: Legacy toy and am here to primarily talk about the upcoming release of Prometheus figures. I was a Staff member at their forum site, but will never do that again (too much politics) ... sometimes being on the "outside" is best. Retired from the business world with 4 Masters, I succeeded in Pro-Gaming, but have left that and now enjoy and contributing to the knowledge base of games like Skyrim, Dead Space, etc. Looking forward to Borderlands 2, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Dead Space 3, Gears of War 0, and Bioshock: Infinite. In the movie world, I loved Prometheus being a Ripley Alien "purist" and look forward to the sequels. For now, I await the 3 parts of The Hobbitt as a big fan of LotR/Tolkien.

I hope to have engaging conversations here about figures that I like (cough...Prometheus). Already got 2 2-packs of Series 1 pre-ordered (September release). Waiting on Series 2 (November release) to go on pre-order for 2 2-packs of those. Then Series 3. Hopefully they will continue making more.

P.S. I also am an avid collector of non-DC/Marvel comics like Dirty Pair, BloodRayne, Alien (many 1st editions), Predators, Dead Space, Vampi (Manga Style), The Walking Dead as well as Manga (which I've lent out to a friend to enjoy). Favorite currently running TV-Shows: Breaking Bad, Alphas, The Walking Dead & Tron:Uprising. All Time favs: SG-1, Atlantis, Lost, Sanctuary, Torchwood, Classic Dr. Who, Six Million Dollar Man, The Incredible Hulk, Space 1999. Movies: Matrix (1st only), Lord of the Rings, Star Wars (IV is my fav), Silent Running, Logan's Run, Alien & Prometheus.
