Custom Figure Maker Wanted

Hello everyone here on the forums, my first post, just briefly to ask two points

Firstly if anyone has any tips on where to get some sculpting clay cheaply and in large amounts or at a reasonable price

Second if there are any custom makers who can work for a small fee to help me make a few figures im after.
