A friend who decided to gave up collecting action figures gave me some of his collections. Most of them are in very bad condition. One of them was a severely damaged ultraman action figure. At first I wanted to restore it to it's normal condition but I just don't know how to work on the cloth costume. So I decided to replace its body with ML Human torch

Got myself some cheap loose NECA Predators. they must be factory rejects because one of the predator has all left hands in both arms & all of them don't have their predator signature retractable blades. So what should I do with them? My friend gave me a suggestion to create my own predator which I gladly follow

After I finished I can't help myself going after the MOC predators so my custom predator won't be lonely
