(Norfolk, VA—July 8, 2004) —The Lord of The Rings Fan Club Official Movie Magazine from Decipherhas been awarded the 2004 Apex Award for Publication Excellence in the category of Consumer Magazine and Journal Design and Layout.

Apex Awards are in their 16th year of judging publications in 11 editorial and design categories. More than 5,500 publications entered the overall competition. Criteria include excellence in graphic design, editorial content, and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.
