One of the all-new Transformers lines debuting at Botcon is Robot Powered Machines, or RPMs for short. Focusing on the vehicle aspect of the Autobots and Decepticons, RPMs have little or no transforming capabilities, but are lots of fun to zoom around.
RPMs come in three varieties. The Battle Chargers, including Sideswipe, Bumblebee, and Optimus Prime, are clunky cars with pop-up robot torsos. The largest RPMs are the R/C Vehicles Bumblebee and Optimus, which come with individually-styled controllers. The main line, and what will probably be the most popular with fans, is the Mini Vehicle. These small cars and trucks are about three inches long, and feature “robot modes” on their undercarriages. With lots of characters from the new film, these toys come in single and two-packs, and can all interact with the massive Constructicon Devastator Showdown set!
