New action figures, card game and minis! After a successful run in Europe in the early 90's, Monster in my Pocket is coming back, according to a spokesperson for Peak Entertainment at the Licensing Show in New York.
Peak showed maquettes and packaging concepts for a new line of Monster in my Pocket 6" poseable PVC action figures on blister cards with accessories, collectible card games with 150 different mini 2" figures.
Character Options has the master toy license for the UK, and Peak is in discussions with several companies for a master U.S. license. The show is slated for 26 new episodes to be aired by GMTV in the UK. Peak is working with a U.S. distributor, and a movie deal is also in negotiation.
