Neca continues to roll out pictures of action figures and collectibles they've developed but have not - for one reason or another - produced for mass market. Though this often leaves fans disappointed, it's always interesting to see "what might have been..." One such figure includes Oren Ishi from the film Kill Bill (below). Though details as to why the figure never saw release are sketchy, rumor has it Lucy Liu would not approve her likeness. Another figure many fans hoped to own includes Samara, the vengeful spirit from The Ring film franchise (below). Sadly, this figure's demise came from disagreements over ownership between the American-made film and the original Japanese film. We previously reported two never released video game figures from God of War as well, Poseidon's Rage Kratos (below) and Dark Odyssey Kratos (bottom). Though we ran an article revealing the Poseidon's Rage Kratos last year, this supposed San Diego Comic Con 2007 exclusive never saw the light of day as it was never approved by Sony for retail release. Likewise, the Dark Odyssey Kratos was created in hopes of delivering more Greek goodness to fans of the award-winning video game franchise, but again never received approvals from Sony.
