Amok Time made their presence known at New York Comic-Con with not only a great selection of collectibles for sale, but an entire display case of their new product. Monsters of all shapes and sizes dominated the case, including their series of stunning 1:6th scale Monsters HD action figures. The first assortment, hitting retail this November, includes the female bloodsucker from Blood of Dracula, the atomic beast from Horror of Party Beach (green fella above) and a deluxe figure set from Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster. All three figures/sets are limited to only 500 pieces and are currently available for preorder. Retro reared its collectible head in the form of the Groovie Goolies (top pic, front row). This statue set will include 10-12" tall sculptures of Frank, Drac and Wolfie. Look for them this July. Another monster highlight was Amok Time's collection of Super Sized Universal Monsters. The first release, and my personal favorite, will be The Creature from the Black Lagoon this October. A towering 25" Frankenstein Monster will follow in December and a newly unveiled prototype of Nosferatu will be unleashed in 2009. Check out these cool creature collectibles and much more in our Amok Time NYCC photo gallery below!
