TF07: Toynami Considers Creating Another VOLTRON

Toynami's 20th Anniversary Masterpiece Collection Voltron (see Review Here) has been a successful selling figure for the company. Out of a total production run of 15,000 pieces, approximately 5000 remain. No question, the collectible is one of the finest versions of the transforming Ro-Beast slayer on the market today.

With that success in mind, Toynami is considering releasing the Lion Force Voltron in a new 8-inch scale. If given the green light, this smaller, die-cast/plastic toy would feature a removeable sound chip embedded display base and the same tight transformation feature as the larger version. Pictured above is a prototype of this possible piece.
