Shonen Jump's hottest new anime comes to life... UPDATED 2-22: Exclusive new images of Bleach Series 2!
Toynami prepares to please anime fans happy with the release of their new series of action figures based on Bleach.
Created by Tite Kubo, Bleach can currently be seen on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim and spins the story of Ichigo, a high school student with the ability to see ghosts. When Ichigo meets up with the soul reaper Rukia, it's up to them to cleanse the world of evil spirits and protect one another and the living...
So far, three assortments have been announced for release this year, including:
Series 1 (May)
- Ichigo with sword, scabbord accessory and display base
- Rukia with sketchpad, Kon mini-figure and display base
Series 2 (July)
- Sado with display base
- Orihimi with black cat accessory and display base
Series 3 (November)
- Byakuya with sword and display base
- Renji with sword and display base
Each figure will stand approx. 6-7" tall, include multiple points of articulation and retail for a SRP of $15.
