Dark Horse Deluxe showed the world that retro styled mini statues with a 1940's sculpting and painting style of "syroco" statues can be highly collectible and sought after.
Now, the line is joined by some citizens from Springfield AND Duckberg!
The Simpsons joins the line with Homer Simpson who will be released in May. He will be packaged with a collectible pin and booklet, will have a limited edition run of 950 and will retail for $49.99.
Lisa Simpson joins the line in June. She will be packaged with a pin and booklet and will retail for $49.99. She will be a limited run figure, but the run has yet to be determined.
The other members of the Simpsons line will be Marge, Bart, Comic Book Guy and Krusty the Clown!
The other addition to the line is citizens of Duckberg!
Uncle Scrooge will be released in October, will have a limited edition run of 950 and will retail for $49.95.
Donald Duck will join Uncle Scrooge in November and will also be a limited run edition of 950, as well as retailing for $49.95!
The Duckberg figures will later be joined by other characters, including Gyro, Magica De Spell, Gladstone and a Beagle Boy!
