While the Elfquest comic books by Wendy and Richard Pini have been popular since their inception in 1978, collectibles based on the series have been few and far between. Fans of the series can now rejoice as Dark Horse is just months away from releasing three new busts. Attendees at Comic-Con got to see these beautiful pieces up close. Scupted by Tim Bruckner, the busts depict Cutter, Leetah, and Skywise infamiliar poses. The strong wolf-rider leader stands defiant with arms crossed and sword in hand, while the lovely Leetah openly beckons atop a tree base. Whimsical Skywise charts a course with his lodestone, his ever-present grin on his face. All three busts feature amazing detail and excellent paintwork. Look for them in stores November for $49.99 each. -Scott Rubin
