Eaglemoss, the UK-based company best known for their stunning Star Trek spaceship replicas, was at Toy Fair showing off their latest collection: Alien and Predator (see our story HERE). Part of their new Eaglemoss Hero Collector imprint (www.herocollector.com), the 1:16 scale, approximately 5-7-inch tall resin figurines will span all the Alien and Predator franchises, including movies, video games and even the comics.

Launching the Alien and Predator range in early April will be the first two figure releases: the Alien Xenomorph, or “Big Chap”, as seen in the classic 1979 sci-fi film Alien, and the Scar Predator as seen in Alien vs. Predator.

The collection will continue with two figures being released each month. Each figure will retail for $29.95 and collectors will have the option of purchasing them individually or as part of a subscription, similar to their Star Trek program. The retail figures will ship in a closed four-color display box, while the subscription figures will arrive in an attractive window box. More on the subscription can be found here: aliencollection.herocollector.com.

The first seven (7) figures, in order of release, are as follows:

  • Alien Xenomorph (Alien)
  • Scar Predator (Alien vs. Predator)
  • Corporal Dwayne Hicks (Aliens)
  • Dog Alien (Alien 3)
  • Jungle Hunter Predator (Predator)
  • Dallas in Nostromo Spacesuit (Alien)
  • Alien Warrior (Aliens)

36 figures are already planned, others to include the Deacon (Prometheus) and Berserker Predator (Predators). Sprinkled throughout the program will be special releases, as well as large statues. Shown was a 13-inch tall Alien Xenomorph statue that will hit with the first wave ($149.95). An original Predator is planned as the next “Mega” release. Eaglemoss also informed us that convention exclusives are planned.

Stay tuned for an in-depth review of the first six Alien and Predator Eaglemoss figures soon!
